Slacking

I can gauge how well I am doing at my riding/fitness by a few things. 

1. How quickly I get dropped by the UC lunch ride
2. How one sided the conversation is as the group climbs the hill.
3. My lack of blogging posts.

Work has been extremely busy.  So busy, that my wife feels sorry for me.  It is time to get back into shape--otherwise, RAWROD will be a disaster.  Here is my new program to jump start my training.

Pfft, I'm not buying it. Ride with me and you'll feel better about your supposed poor fitness. It's my new calling, making others feel good about themselves.
